A.Yatseniuk, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, calls for introduction of the office of a deputy principal in charge of educational work in school.
He introduced such a motion, delivering a speech at the theoretical and practical conference "Implementation of the State Policy related to the Development of Education in Ivano-Frankivsk Region", held on Tuesday.
A.Yatseniuk regards the said idea "as another postulate that will contribute to the development of personality and supervision over the educational process".
A.Yatseniuk also deems important to supplement the school curriculum with a new subject about outstanding Ukrainians. "Our children should know the national leaders, as well as contribution of Ukrainians into the world history", - he emphasized.
